The Department sponsors a
Kaffeestunde (Coffee and Conversation Hour) autumn, winter, and spring quarters.

Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and cookies are served. On special occasions, we have been fortunate to have genuine German sweets and baked desserts. Anyone who is interested in practicing or improving their German language skills is welcome. German speakers from outside of the University are also welcome.

The German Club welcomes new members at all levels of German or anyone with an interest in German culture, food and people. We are also open to suggestions for other events to take place this year.
