The OSU Transfer Credit Center.

Please note: All applications for transfer credit must be accompanied by:

  • official Transfer Credit Evaluation issued by the Office of Admissions or, in the case of coursework completed during an OSU-sponsored Study Abroad program, by the Office of International Education.
  • supporting materials such as syllabi, tests, and student papers.

The Transfer Credit Coordinator List and the Tentative Evaluation form with instructions are now available on the web.

The Tentative Evaluation (TE) form is used when an Ohio State student wants to take a course at another college, and transfer the credit back to OSU. Students can now download and print the TE form, which saves them a trip to Admissions to pick up the form. This information can also be accessed through the OSU home page:

  • click Prospective Students
  • click Admission Information
  • click Undergraduate Transfer
  • click What happens after I've applied? for the TCC list OR Taking a course at another school? for the TE information
