CJ Jones is the William Payden Associate Professor of German at the University of Notre Dame and author of Ruling the Spirit: Women, Liturgy and Dominican Reform in Late Medieval Germany (University of Pennsylvania Press, 2018). Jones holds a PhD in Comparative Literature and Literary Theory from the University of Pennsylvania and an LMS from the Pontifical Institute of Medieval Studies.
