Paul Reitter is named the Ohio Eminent Scholar of German

We are thrilled to announce the wonderful news! 

Our esteemed faculty, Paul Reitter, has been named the Ohio Eminent Scholar of German.

This is a huge honor and a well-deserved recognition of Prof. Reitter’s incredible work and contributions to the fields of German-Jewish, Intellectual History, and Translation Studies. We’re proud to have him as part of our community, and this achievement reflects the impact he continues to make in research, teaching, and beyond.

The Ohio Eminent Scholars Program was created by the Ohio General Assembly and is administered by the Ohio Board of Regents. Its goal is to enhance the national eminence of selected outstanding academic programs at Ohio universities by attracting nationally-recognized scholars.
