Master's Exam success

Our graduate students have had great success on their master's exams this year.

Katharina Aigner and Seth Warncke, who passed their assessments in May, are both pursuing further educational opportunities in the United States and abroad.

Mary Ellen Rutemeyer has accepted a position teaching German to adults at a non-profit in Madison, Wisconsin.

Kassi Burnett and Carolin Mueller, who passed their exams this summer, will both continue in the graduate program here at Ohio State. Kassi's research interests include 19th and 20th Century German Literature and Conceptions of the Self. Carolin is interested in researching visual representations of migrant experiences in Germany in film and visual culture and the economization of migrant politics.

Congratulations!
