Job Market Success this year!

Wanske Defense

Our doctoral students have had great success on the job market.

Amber Suggitt, who defended in the spring, has begun teaching at Northern Michigan University. And Wonneken Wanske (pictured at her defense) will be a Visiting Assistant Professor of German at Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee. Jaclyn Kurash, who defended last month, has accepted an appointment as Visiting Assistant Professor at the College of Wooster, where she will teach Beginning-level German and a course entitled: Cyborgs and Serial Killers: the (Un)Governable Body in German Fiction and Film. And Sara Rossini, who defended this term, will continue her studies here at Ohio State in the Department of French and Italian, where she will also serve as a Graduate Teaching Associate.

Three Cheers!
