Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. While this work occurs, language referencing protected class status or other activities prohibited by Ohio Senate Bill 1 may still appear in some places. However, all programs and activities are being administered in compliance with federal and state law.

One more week to see the Luther exhibit

Luther exhibit in Hagerty Hall at Ohio State

An exhibit at the World Gallery in Hagerty Hall will be up until January 8, 2018. “Here I Stand: Life and Work of the German Reformer Martin Luther,” marks the 500th anniversary of the beginning of the Protestant Reformation.

The majority of the posters on display were produced by the German government to mark the occasion. Six posters in the Crane Café are the work of student groups in German 3101 and document important aspects of Luther’s life and his impact. The comparison of Luther to political polarization in the United States today is evocative and demonstrates his relevance even today.
